This Privacy Policy describes how Nuvola Digital and Anvil Development Agency (“we”, “us”, “our”) collect, use, and share information when you use the C-Hub mobile application and related services (the “Service”).

- Account information. Name, email address, and any verification information you provide when registering.
- Identity verification (KYC). Government-issued identification, biometric data, and related verification details where required by law.
- Rewards and transaction data. The rewards programs you connect, the credits you collateralize, listings you create, and transactions you complete on the C-Hub marketplace.
- Wallet and payment data. Wallet addresses, payment method information, and on-chain transaction identifiers.
- Device and usage data. Device model, operating system, app version, IP address, crash logs, and basic usage analytics.
- Communications. Messages you send to support and the metadata of those communications.
2. How we use your information
- To create and operate your account and authenticate you.
- To verify your identity and prevent fraud, money laundering, and abuse.
- To process transactions, collateralization, redemptions, and payouts.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To improve the Service, debug issues, and develop new features.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and tax obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:
- Service providers. Cloud hosting, KYC and identity verification partners, payment processors, analytics, and customer support tools, each bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Reward and credit partners. When required to verify, collateralize, transfer, or redeem credits within their programs.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users, the public, or us.
- Corporate transactions. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information for longer periods where required by law (for example, KYC, anti-money-laundering, and tax records) or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
